Pre-Orders

Thank you for considering pre-ordering a guitar at Oxbow Audio Lab in Komoka. Before placing your order, please carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Pre-order deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total purchase price is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due when your guitar is ready for delivery or pick-up. Regular, non-custom, production guitars may be purchased and paid for in full to expedite the pre-order process.

  2. Estimated delivery time: We will provide you with an estimated delivery time when you place your order. Please note that this is an estimate only and delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as supplier delays or production issues. We will keep you updated on any changes to the estimated delivery time.

  3. Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your pre-order, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Your deposit is non-refundable, but we will work with you to find a solution that is fair and reasonable.

  4. Changes to order: If you would like to make any changes to your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if production has already begun.

  5. Warranty: All guitars sold by Oxbow Audio Lab come with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Please see our warranty policy for more information.

  6. Shipping: Shipping fees are not included in the purchase price of your guitar. We will provide you with a shipping quote when your guitar is ready to ship. 

  7. Taxes and duties: You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees that may be incurred when your guitar is shipped to you.

  8. Limitation of liability: Oxbow Audio Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your pre-order or the purchase of your guitar.
